Hurricane Dorian is proving to be one of the most destructive and deadly storms. According to the Washington Post, at least 30 people have been reported dead in the Bahamas. Jason Mahon, a spokesman for the Florida division of emergency management, stated that as of Thursday, 9/5/19, 6 deaths in the state were "confirmed by the medical examiner as related to the hurricane".

From North Carolina to Florida and many other cities along the East Coast, the impact of this Hurricane is clearly visible, reports the Washington Post. Homes and businesses have been destroyed. The bulk of this Category 5 storm has devastated the Bahamas.
